Refund policy

Tights & Hosiery
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of fulfillment on unworn and unopened packages of tights & hosiery. Due to the intimate nature of the products and our strict sanitization process before packaging, we cannot take back any products after they've been opened. 

Leggings & Sportswear
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days. Which means you have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return or exchange. The item must be returned in its original bag. We cannot accept a return in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

 

Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lignes.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address with your order number clearly marked, along with your email and we can process an exchange or refund after we receive them. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, but Lignes.ca will cover shipping costs back to the customer in the case of exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (in case of an exchange there will not be any additional shipping cost).


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@lignes.ca
